Meet Mercy!

Mercy has no memory of her mom or dad as they both died when she was very young. Mercy lives with her grandmother, an aunt, one older brother and one older sister. Her grandma works at a banana farm to earn a living for the family. Some of Mercy’s favorite things are: learning math, goats, the color red, and eating nshima with sausage. She enjoys writing, drawing, and trying to catch goats when she sees them. Mercy would like to become a farmer when she is older so she will always have enough food.
